Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, USA.
  • Processing time is 1–2 business days. In most cases, your order will ship the next business day after placement.
  • Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday (Pacific Time, PT).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with order details and tracking information.

Shipping Estimates & Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders.
  • Standard Domestic Shipping (USA): Orders are shipped via USPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
    In most cases, orders arrive faster; delivery may be delayed during holidays.
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping (USA): If you require faster delivery within the US, please contact our support team to arrange expedited shipping options.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time 10–20 business days.
    Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Still Haven’t Received Your Package?

  • The estimated shipping timeframe is not guaranteed. We make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to peak seasons, carrier congestion, or inclement weather.

Lost or Stolen Packages
