Return Policy
We offer a convenient 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Terms & Conditions
- Only items purchased directly from www.bayeas.com are eligible for return. Items purchased from other retailers or distributors must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags and packaging attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a return.
Return Fees for U.S. Orders
- A $3 restocking fee applies to all returns.
- If you use our prepaid return label, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund in addition to the $3 restocking fee.
- If you use your own carrier, no return shipping fee will be deducted, but the $3 restocking fee will still apply.
What Can Be Returned?
- Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in the same condition you received it, with no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
- Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or inserts.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase to help expedite the return process.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased from retailers other than www.bayeas.com
- Items marked as FINAL SALE
- Items discounted by 30% or more
- Customized products
- Free gifts or free items with purchase
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please do not send back any items without an approved return request.
Return Shipping Options for U.S. Orders

Option 1: Use Our Prepaid Return Label
- A prepaid return label will be emailed to you after your return request is approved.
- A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund in addition to the $3 restocking fee.

Option 2: Use Your Own Carrier
- You may use any shipping method of your choice.
- No return shipping fee will be deducted when using your own shipping method, but the $3 restocking fee will still apply.
- Please use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking information to us.
International Returns, Including Canada
- We accept eligible international returns, including Canada returns, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags attached.
- Please note that we currently provide prepaid return labels only for U.S. domestic orders.
- For orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and covering all international return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import/export-related charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
- Final sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing Time
- All returns are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
- We will carefully inspect the returned item and order information to confirm the final refund amount.
- Please note that the timing of your refund may vary depending on your financial institution.
How to Exchange
- Please submit your exchange request within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Once your exchange request is approved, please return the original item to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send out the new size.
- For U.S. orders, the first exchange for an order is free, and we will cover the shipping cost.
- If you return the exchanged item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any international exchange shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges.
Important Notice
- Please do not send back any items without an approved return or exchange request.
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If your order qualifies, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
- If you miss the 2-hour window, you may still request a return after receiving your package. Please refer to the Return Policy section for full details.
