Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most ship the next business day.
What is the shipping estimates ?
- Standard U.S. Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days via USPS Ground
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Available upon request (contact support)
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (customs fees may apply)
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders. Expedited or international shipping costs vary.
What if I haven’t received my package?
Delays may occur due to holidays, carrier congestion, or weather. Contact support if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Can I return items purchased from another retailer?
NO. Only items purchased directly from www.bayeas.com are eligible for return. Products bought from other retailers or distributors must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Are there any fees for returns?
Yes. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $3 restocking fee.
- Option 1: Use our prepaid return shipping label – a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, plus the $3 restocking fee.
- Option 2: Use your own return shipping method – no shipping fee will be deducted, but the $3 restocking fee still applies (customer covers the return shipping cost).
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Do you accept exchanges?
- Yes. Submit a request within 30 days.
- Send back the original item and place a new order.
- Refunds for the original purchase are processed once the return is received.
