  • Bayeas.com accepts orders to be canceled within 60 minutes of placing the order if the request is made during our Customer Service business hours of 9am-5pm PST (Monday-Friday).
  • If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. Bayeas.com cannot cancel the order if the merchandise is already shipped out.

     Returns & Exchanges

  • Bayeas.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, placed back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached. Please refer to our return standard for details. Not placing merchandise back into the original bag will delay processing of your return. Upon receipt of returned goods, Bayeas.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
  • Only merchandise purchased directly from https://bayeas.com/ will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Items purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the original store of purchase.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE or discounted at 50% off or more are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All merchandise marked as final sale is considered FINAL SALE.

     Returns

  • Upon receipt of your return request form, Bayeas.com will provide a return shipping label via email. A return shipping fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your refund when using our provided shipping label.
  • Alternatively, you may choose your own carrier to return items. If choosing your own shipping method, please use a service that provides full tracking and share the tracking number with our customer support team at support@bayeas.com.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise at our warehouse. Transit time may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.

     Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, a shipping fee of $20 USD for the return shipping label will be deducted from your exchange transaction. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send the replacement item to the shipping address provided on your original order.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order per customer.

     Refunds 

  • If the returned merchandise qualifies for a refund, Bayeas.com will apply it to your credit card or original method of payment. Once refunded, please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing time can vary depending on your financial institution. All refunds to credit cards may appear within 1-2 billing statements.
  • If you’ve done all of these, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bayeas.com.

     Gift with Purchase Policy

  • Gifts included in promotional offers are non-returnable on their own. If you decide to return the qualifying purchase item(s), the gift must also be returned.
  • If you request a full refund for your purchase and return the product(s), the gift must be returned as well. If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.
  • If you choose to return part of your order (e.g., one item), you may keep the gift, but your refund will be adjusted according to the value of the returned item(s). If the gift is tied to specific conditions (such as a minimum purchase amount), it may need to be returned along with the item(s) you're returning.
  • Gifts with purchase are subject to availability and may be limited to certain products, purchases, or time frames. The specific terms of each promotion will be detailed on the promotional page or during checkout.
  • Gifts are not eligible for exchange on their own. Any exchanges are dependent on the terms of the original purchase.

         International Return Policy (For Orders Outside the U.S.)

         We accept returns for international orders, including those shipped to Canada. Please read the following guidelines before submitting your return:

    • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and placed back into the original packaging.

         International orders are eligible for refund only.
         If you wish to change size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

         We do not provide prepaid international return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method.

    • Return shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund if you use your own carrier.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted. Any COD packages will be rejected.

    • Please retain your tracking number and provide it to our support team at support@bayeas.com if needed.

         Please note that import duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local customs agency.

         Once we receive and inspect your return, it will be processed within 5 business days.
         If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
         Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
