Every order placed on Bayeas.com will be shipped with regular USPS or UPS ground service by default. If you prefer expedited shipping, feel free to contact us HERE.

Bayeas.com proudly offers sitewide free ground shipping for all orders, no minimums required.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to 1-2 business days from the time of placing your order for it to be shipped. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed Monday or the following business day.

4. When will my order arrive?

Typically delivers within 3-7 business days after the order ships.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Bayeas.com will send you an email confirmation with the tracking information. The email will include a link to the shipping carrier's website where you can track the location and delivery status of your order. 

6. What's your order cancellation policy?

Bayeas.com accepts orders to be canceled within 60 minutes of placing the order if the request is made during our Customer Service business hours of 9am-6pm PST (Monday-Friday).

7. Do you ship internationally?

Bayeas.com currently only ships to the USA in order to ensure the best possible shipping experience for our customers.

8. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No, Bayeas.com does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unfortunately.


  • Bayeas.com accepts orders to be canceled within 60 minutes of placing the order if the request is made during our Customer Service business hours of 9am-5pm PST (Monday-Friday).
  • If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. Bayeas.com cannot cancel the order if the merchandise is already shipped out. 

     Returns & Exchanges

  • Bayeas.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. Not placing merchandise back into original bag will delay processing of your return. Upon receipt of returned goods, Bayeas.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
  • Only merchandise purchased from https://bayeas.com/ will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
  • FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All merchandise marked as final sale is considered as FINAL SALE.
  • A free return label will be provided by Bayeas.com if the return is caused by merchandise defects and/or incorrect fits. Or customers shall bear the fees of return shipping at the cost of $10 USD. This fee will be automatically deducted upon customer's refund amount. For returns using our return label, please allow up to 10 days transit time. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse.  


  • If the returned merchandise qualifies for a refund, Bayeas.com will apply it to your credit card or original method of payment. Once refunded, please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment account, as processing time can vary depending on your financial institution. All refunds to credit cards may appear within 1-2 billing statements.
